With Orchids it was love at first sight. Its flowers were way too fascinating and exotic, I absolutely wanted to grow my own.
Soon after I found out that their roots were the plantʼs most interesting part to me.
They couldnʼt be forced into a vase: they needed to fly, to pop out designing an irregular path. In Tropical Forest, Orchids grow on treesʼ bark with aerial roots and not underground.
