When I started thinking about nature recall, I related it to a family story that I fondly remember. When my sister was little, my father wanted to try her reaction while playing an emotional music. So he played a track of Luciano Pavarotti. When the singer increased his voice, she got so moved that she ran and hugged a small plant we had in the living room! I wanted to talk about this hug, the nature that surrounds all of us, big and strong, growth and music.
I studied graphic design at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I graduated in 2013. I am an illustrator, graphic designer in a creative agency, freelancer (when I got the time) and I recently started teaching at the university too.
Although I work many years in the field of illustration, I really love design in a whole other aspects. Studying graphic design made me learn to sometimes “get the wrong way” and discovering things you can’t even imagine you were able to do. Design means to me experimentation, communication, passion and motion. I’m a singer too and as a music lover I can’t help comparing design with music. When I make a composition that I consider is harmonious, even when it’s a static design, I feel on it movement and sound, and that feeling is really awesome.
